Birth Doula Support

As a doula, I work and advocate for the birther during this huge transformative time in their life! I am here to support the birthing person through labor and birth, be an advocate for their voice, help the partner and provide physical and emotional relief in whatever way is needed. A doula is not a medical professional and I do not give medical advice. I am here to provide you with evidence based research so that you feel empowered to make the most informed decisions and support you on this journey to parenthood.

Birth Support

Full Moon Package ~ $600 (Sliding scale option)

Includes:

2-3 Prenatal visits , lasting about 60-90 minutes.
Birth, pelvic floor and infant care education
Birth plan overview and Postpartum planning
Unlimited availability via call, text or email starting at 36 weeks and through 2 weeks postpartum
Emotional, physical and mental support during labor and birth. Present for labor and birth through 1 hour directly after delivery.
1 Postpartum visits where we check in, process birth story and address any concerns. This visit can last 1-2 hours.

Postpartum Doula Care

Support for birthing individuals and family after the baby is born.

A postpartum doula gives nurturing and nonjudgmental emotional and physical support during the magical yet challenging fourth trimester. Providing resources, answering questions, giving reassurance and validating feelings around all things newborn related. I want to see you thrive as you transition to this new role in your life.

Postpartum Care package

Sliding Scale rate $25-35/hr

Offering Daytime support only at this time

Includes but is not limited to:

Birth story mapping where we go over the birth story together and discuss how recovery is going.
Light movement and stretching to access recovery and pin point any pains related to holding/feeding baby.
Light house keeping/running errands, preparing food, sibling care.
Baby wearing, breast/chest feeding support, diapering.
Continuous phone, text, or email support for two weeks after last shift.

Cloth Diapering

I have successfully cloth diapered from infancy through toddler to potty learning.

I know that this task can be daunting but I'm here to say it is so so rewarding and important!

I can help you establish the cloth diaper stash of your dreams. Work out a wash routine that works for you. From leaks to stinks I can help you navigate in this diapering journey.

Birth Story Map

Processing your unique birth story can be a powerful way to move through what happened in a healthy way.

Birth can take so many different turns that we cant always be prepared for. Sometimes unpacking all that you went through can be powerful.

We will go through your birth story together. Using creative expression to process the story through a map building exercise.

Baby Wearing

Baby wearing can be a game changer for the postpartum phase. What a great way to keep baby close and for you to have use of your hands again!

I am here to do a fit check with you. I will show you all the different styles that I own for you to try out. The skies the limit when it comes to ways to carry your baby safely. My goal is that you feel confident and baby is safe.

Postpartum Yoga

Use gentle movement and breath work to connect with your body postpartum. I will guide you through functional movement and poses to start establish a foundation for you to continue to develop on your own.

Sitz Bath

A sitz bath is a combination of healing blend of herbs and soothing warm water. Can be used as bath to soak in or in a large tub that you can sit your bottom in comfortably. I will provide herbs and facilitate this soak.

Sibling Care

Bringing your beautiful new baby home can be hard on the older child or children. I'm here to help in this transition. I will find ways for siblings to feel special by giving opportunities for connection. I will also find ways they can help with caring for new baby. This way they start to feel a connection to baby and develop a meaningful relationship.
